Requires extensive travel throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

Leads enterprise BI architecture, roadmap development, governance, and platform evolution. Designs dimensional models, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric semantic models, DAX solutions, security controls, deployment processes, and performance standards. Manages Power BI capacities and gateways, supports HIPAA compliance and audit readiness, enables self-service analytics, and directs offshore consultants. Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions, communicate tradeoffs, and build platform investment cases.

Analyzes healthcare claims, clinical, administrative, and real-world data to develop and validate quality measures and certification criteria. Builds analytical datasets and pipelines using cloud platforms, performs data quality validation, and supports interoperability initiatives. Translates complex findings into recommendations, dashboards, presentations, and executive insights while partnering with clinical, product, business, and technology teams. Contributes to predictive analytics, risk stratification, benchmarking, and evidence-based healthcare quality improvement.

Leads state government relations, healthcare policy engagement, legislative and regulatory strategy, and stakeholder partnerships with state agencies, Medicaid offices, legislatures, and healthcare associations. Manages state relations and health policy teams, develops policy positions and analyses, identifies strategic opportunities, represents the organization in policy forums, and aligns state engagement goals with enterprise priorities.

Leads finance transformation initiatives spanning process improvement, business analysis, systems enablement, reporting, controls, testing, vendor coordination, and change management. Partners with Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve data quality, strengthen internal controls, deliver system enhancements, support adoption, and enhance reporting and decision-making.

Leads software development projects across the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, integration, configuration management, and implementation. Coordinates development teams, mentors engineers, manages consultants, resolves issues, documents requirements, and supports project and resource planning. Develops enterprise applications and integrations using C#/.NET, web technologies, databases, APIs, and modern development frameworks while ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Designs, develops, and optimizes scalable enterprise data pipelines, lakes, lakehouses, and warehouses using Azure and cloud data technologies. Builds ETL/ELT workflows, curated datasets, and reusable data models for analytics and BI. Collaborates with technical and business teams, monitors pipeline performance, maintains documentation, and applies data quality, governance, privacy, and security standards including GDPR and HIPAA compliance.

Coordinates daily Washington, DC office operations, including meeting rooms, visitors, supplies, vendors, building management, and shared spaces. Provides administrative support to executives and visiting leaders through calendar scheduling, meeting materials, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Maintains files, prepares documents, supports internal workflows and special projects, and serves as backup executive assistant. Handles confidential information and acts as a professional contact for staff and visitors.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to officers, including calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence, travel arrangements, records management, reports, budget monitoring, and confidential information handling. Leads the Infection Control consulting practice, overseeing complex healthcare engagements, client education, reports, thought leadership, product development, mentorship, and business development. Builds client relationships, develops proposals and services, manages Salesforce opportunities, drives revenue growth, and represents the organization at conferences. Provides infection control expertise to healthcare organizations globally while coaching consultants and overseeing direct reports.

Leads FP&A for the Accreditation and Certification Operations business unit while managing and developing finance business partners. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, business cases, and executive performance reviews. Partners with senior leaders to improve profitability, accountability, and decision-making. Drives finance transformation, reporting enhancements, dashboard development, and process improvements using Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Excel.

Provides on-site consultation, education, and technical assistance to hospitals and healthcare systems on Joint Commission standards, CMS requirements, performance improvement, patient safety, and survey readiness. Develops client action plans, delivers training, supports conferences and advisory boards, responds to compliance inquiries, and contributes to sales and strategic planning. Requires extensive healthcare administration experience, CPHQ certification, strong presentation skills, and 100% travel throughout Ohio and beyond.
