The role requires strong communication, customer service, persuasion, basic computer skills, and availability Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Provides front-desk and patient coordination services in a chiropractic clinic. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering calls, managing patient flow and accounts, maintaining clinic organization, educating patients about wellness offerings, re-engaging inactive members, and selling memberships and visit packages to meet goals. Requires strong customer service, communication, computer, multitasking, and sales abilities.
