Supports franchise clinic owners through operational coaching, staffing and team development, financial and KPI analysis, patient-experience improvement, local marketing, site selection, clinic launches, and performance-growth planning. Builds trusted franchisee relationships, develops action plans, supports new clinic openings, encourages system participation, and helps improve membership, retention, operational execution, and financial results. This field-based role requires regular regional travel and broad business expertise across operations, finance, staffing, marketing, and customer experience.

Coordinates front-desk clinic operations, greets and checks in patients, answers phones, manages patient accounts, and maintains an organized workspace. The role primarily focuses on selling memberships and visit packages, re-engaging inactive members, educating patients about wellness services, supporting marketing opportunities, and meeting sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Welcomes and checks in patients, manages clinic flow, schedules appointments, answers inquiries, maintains patient records, and supports a positive front-office experience. Presents and sells wellness memberships, helps achieve clinic sales goals, re-engages inactive members, and assists with marketing and community outreach. Maintains an organized clinic environment and collaborates with chiropractors and staff. This full-time role requires strong customer service, sales, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
