Provides inside sales and customer service for HVAC/R products by answering inquiries, taking and entering orders, researching product availability and pricing, resolving issues, and supporting sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, promotions, and outbound calls. Coordinates with purchasing, sales, shipping, and other departments to meet customer needs, maintain inventory and pricing accuracy, and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

Maintains accurate employee and payroll data in ADP and related HR systems. Processes new-hire records, employee changes, audits, reports, and invoice reconciliations while identifying discrepancies and protecting confidential information. Tracks transactions in Excel and iCIMS, coordinates with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers, and prioritizes time-sensitive work around payroll deadlines. This is a temporary, approximately 12-week assignment requiring about 40 hours per week.

Analyzes company and product pricing data, aggregates information in Excel, and creates daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for management decision-making. The role identifies business performance trends, develops charts and graphs, presents findings, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates must have strong Excel, statistical analysis, reporting, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills, along with experience using POS or ERP databases.
