Provides direct and indirect medical-surgical patient care across age groups. Performs assessments, reassessments, medication administration, treatments, pain management, patient education, documentation, and physician-assisted procedures. Communicates changes in patient condition, coordinates interdisciplinary care, supports discharge planning, operates equipment safely, and maintains patient safety, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, treatments, point-of-care testing, patient and family education, documentation, care coordination, emergency response, and maintaining safety and regulatory standards across departments.

Provides direct and indirect intensive care nursing, including patient assessments, pain management, medication administration, treatments, physician assistance, care planning, patient and family education, documentation, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Responds rapidly to changes in patient condition, maintains patient safety and confidentiality, operates clinical equipment, and may provide nursing duties across departments under supervision.
