Provides direct and indirect ICU patient care, monitors and responds to clinical changes, administers medications, performs assessments and treatments, documents care, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, and maintains regulatory and safety standards. Works PRN to support unit needs.

Provide strategic, clinical, operational, and financial leadership for Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Disorders services. Oversee clinical protocols, sleep lab operations, equipment management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staffing, and direct patient care as needed in a rural hospital setting.

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the ICU, performing assessments, treatments, point-of-care testing, medication administration, patient/family teaching, and coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintains documentation, regulatory compliance, safety practices, and completes required education and certifications.
