Coordinates EMS education programs, community and affiliate relationships, protocol updates, regulatory compliance, audits, performance improvement, and remedial EMT training. Serves as a liaison between the hospital, EMS agencies, medical leadership, and EMT schools. Maintains Indiana paramedic certification, CPR and ACLS credentials, instructor status, and required in-service records.

Manages physician practices by implementing business plans, overseeing staff and operations, ensuring billing, coding, HIPAA, regulatory, and policy compliance, monitoring revenue and expenses, controlling costs, supporting providers, and maintaining quality care. Serves as liaison among providers, practice staff, billing, accounting, and administration. Requires travel between practice locations and leadership of personnel development, staffing, audits, and operational improvement.
