Own administration and security for Johnson Lambert’s Salesforce, Certinia PSA/ERP, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platforms. Manage request intake, prioritization, configuration, declarative automation, permissions, reporting, releases, testing, documentation, and external development partners. Support Finance, Marketing, Business Operations, and IT users across approximately 280 licensed users. The role also offers growth into Salesforce ecosystem architecture, AI-agent enablement, data model optimization, and future administration team development.

Participate in internal audit and consulting engagements from planning through completion. Review processes and controls, conduct walkthroughs, identify gaps, document and test controls, develop workpapers and data analysis workflows, and prepare client deliverables. Build insurance industry expertise, provide risk and process improvement recommendations, support implementation of controls, manage deadlines, and explore automation opportunities.

Lead HR, talent acquisition, and learning & development strategy for a national public accounting firm. Align people strategy with firm growth, ensure employment law compliance, build employer brand, scale recruiting and onboarding, drive AI-informed upskilling and leadership pipelines, modernize performance management, and use HR analytics to improve retention and workforce efficiency.
