Lead HR, talent acquisition, and learning & development strategy for a national public accounting firm. Align people strategy with firm growth, ensure employment law compliance, build employer brand, scale recruiting and onboarding, drive AI-informed upskilling and leadership pipelines, modernize performance management, and use HR analytics to improve retention and workforce efficiency.

Tax intern will gain hands-on public accounting experience working with clients, receive training on industry technology, participate in two weeks of onboarding, and get mentorship and feedback from managers while building technical and soft skills toward CPA eligibility.
