Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, analyze labor-market trends, improve sourcing processes, and monitor pipeline metrics. Supports employer branding and talent attraction efforts while maintaining candidate and market intelligence data in ATS and CRM platforms.

Processes Account to Report activities, including tax accounting, US GAAP reporting, statutory reports, audits, tax records, and period-end closing. Ensures accurate, compliant service delivery, resolves process issues, supports continuous improvement, manages tax-related reporting, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, processes purchase orders, and provides administrative support for Northeast Asia markets.
