An 18-month rotational leadership development program for transitioning military veterans. Participants complete three six-month rotations across functions such as supply chain, HR, marketing, procurement, brand management, and sales. The program provides cross-functional exposure, leadership development, networking, and enterprise experience, with successful participants transitioning into full-time roles. Relocation to New Jersey or Pennsylvania is required.

Supports downstream purification process development for protein therapeutics through bench-scale chromatography and filtration experiments. Executes high-throughput studies, evaluates product quality and recovery, assists with process characterization, scale-up, and technology transfer, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Maintains accurate records and prepares technical or regulatory documentation while following cGLP, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
