The Associate Manager, Risk Management is responsible for assessing and managing risks in External Manufacturing and Electrical Systems, developing mitigation plans, and ensuring supply stability. The role involves collaboration with category managers and regulatory compliance initiatives to enhance procurement strategies.

Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma from Define through Control to reduce cost, improve quality, throughput and lead time. Serve as project owner for medium-to-large capital/process improvements, design visual factory solutions, use CAD for layouts, coach/train staff on Lean tools, apply data analysis and root-cause methods, define KPIs, support maintenance/reliability practices, and sustain improvements through control plans and governance.

Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), drive cost savings, manage supplier selection and contracts, partner cross-functionally on quality, regulatory and launch readiness, and use analytics and digital tools to improve supplier performance and resiliency.
