Supervise client accounting services, including month-end and year-end close, financial statement review, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and accounting system implementations. Serve as an outsourced Controller and primary client relationship manager. Lead process improvements, mentor accounting staff, collaborate on client service opportunities, and support business development and retention.

Maintain and update accounting records, perform month-end and year-end closes, follow prior-year work papers and journal entries, prepare documentation for audits and tax, communicate promptly with clients, and take ownership of assigned accounting tasks.

Lead audits from planning through completion, review complex workpapers and financial statements, collaborate with clients, handle confidential matters, mentor team members, and ensure firm policy compliance.
