Leads press rebuild, equipment upgrade, and manufacturing projects from evaluation through implementation and production readiness. Manages schedules, resources, budgets, risks, quality requirements, technical issues, customer communications, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. Develops project documentation, Statements of Requirements, quality checklists, and standardized processes. Ensures equipment validation, regulatory and quality compliance, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.

Leads development, optimization, and implementation of automated assembly processes, equipment, tooling, and production workflows. Responsibilities include process capability analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective actions, tooling and maintenance controls, Run at Rate testing, production reporting, cost management, and APQP/PPAP deliverables. The role collaborates with production, quality, engineering, and suppliers to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while supporting new technology adoption and production launches.

Leads automotive product development from RFQ and requirements definition through validation and production launch. Coordinates global engineering and cross-functional teams, manages technical risks, supports customer relationships, and resolves complex design and manufacturing issues. Responsibilities include system engineering, motor and mechanical product development, manufacturability evaluation, DFMEA/PFMEA reviews, validation, PPAP, production quality support, and technical documentation. The role requires automotive OEM or Tier 1 experience, motor technology expertise, statistical analysis, FEA knowledge, and periodic domestic and international travel.
