Drive European sales growth for the Powder Metal Business Unit by developing OEM and Tier 1 customer relationships, winning new business, negotiating contracts, and expanding market presence. Lead cross-functional teams through RFQs, quotations, and project launches while managing customer expectations, risks, quality requirements, audits, timelines, and contractual commitments. Monitor industry and competitor developments to identify opportunities. The role is based in Aachen or Stuttgart and requires approximately 50% travel across Europe, plus occasional overseas travel.

Supports customers and partners with the integration, configuration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment of gimbaled EO/IR payloads on UAV, drone, UAS, and robotic platforms. Provides field support, demonstrations, acceptance testing, technical training, documentation, and pre- and post-sales assistance. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, investigates complex field issues, translates customer needs into product recommendations, supports technical marketing materials, and prepares RFI/RFP responses.

Leads prototype manufacturing, production transition, and continuous improvement for vane fuel-oil pump components. Designs, optimizes, and maintains machining lines; troubleshoots daily production issues; improves yield, scrap, cycle time, OEE, and process capability. Establishes standardized processes, equipment, tooling, documentation, and single-piece flow while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting quality, productivity, and reliable line operations.
