Designs, programs, maintains, and optimizes industrial automation and control systems for automotive manufacturing. Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, servo, robotics, and SCADA programming; control panel and wiring design; machine startups; maintenance training; mentoring electricians; and leading automation improvements. The role also supports process reliability, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Leads die-casting process development, production quality improvement, efficiency and cost reduction, tooling and equipment enhancements, automation projects, mold trials, parameter tuning, process monitoring, and standard operating documentation. Analyzes casting defects, determines root causes, implements corrective actions, and supports new project development and technical problem solving.
