Teams at Johnson County Park and Recreation District

Supports the Aquatics Manager and serves as the aquatics point person when needed. Supervises and trains aquatic staff, oversees facilities, programs, safety, customer service, hiring, budgets, cash handling, marketing, and community partnerships. Assists with lifeguard certification courses, staff training, operational planning, and recreation initiatives. Requires variable schedules, local travel, and work in environments involving chemicals and extreme temperatures.
