Serves as the first point of contact for patients, study participants, sponsors, and visitors. Greets guests, manages phone calls, supports check-in and check-out, schedules appointments, maintains accurate records, protects patient privacy, and keeps reception and patient areas organized. The role also coordinates with administrative staff to improve visitor support and front-office processes.

Coordinates multiple concurrent clinical trials, serving as a liaison among investigators, sponsors, CROs, clinical staff, and volunteers. Responsibilities include participant screening and scheduling, protocol and regulatory documentation, study procedures, specimen handling, adverse-event reporting, enrollment tracking, team training, sponsor communication, audit preparation, and maintaining compliance with GCP, HIPAA, IRB, and safety requirements.
