Provide front-desk and administrative support at an onsite clinical research site: greet and screen participants, answer phones, prepare and organize participant charts, manage mail and waiting area, coordinate with other departments, and perform general office tasks to support site operations.

Lead JCCT's study award pipeline from identification through award: build sponsor/CRO relationships, drive feasibility and RFP responses, negotiate budgets and terms, direct inside sales, maintain CRM and forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional execution to onboard awarded clinical trials.

Coordinate multiple concurrent clinical trials as primary site liaison for sponsors and investigators. Manage enrollment, regulatory documentation, study procedures, specimen handling, adverse event reporting, QA audits, training, and cross-functional communication to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.
