Coordinate multiple concurrent clinical trials as primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff. Manage subject scheduling and eligibility, maintain regulatory documentation, collect/process specimens, record adverse events, support audits, train staff, and ensure protocol and GCP compliance.

Supports clinical trial operations under the direction of Study Coordinators, including data entry, query resolution, document management, participant recruitment and enrollment, visit tracking, protocol-specific assessments, specimen collection, adverse event documentation, and volunteer education. Maintains compliance with GCP, SOPs, and study protocols while coordinating with investigators and research staff. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with Spanish-English bilingual proficiency preferred.

Supports clinical trial operations under the direction of study coordinators by preparing documents, entering and resolving data, recruiting and educating research volunteers, tracking visits, maintaining study systems and supplies, and performing protocol-specific procedures such as vital signs, ECGs, medical histories, and specimen collection. Ensures compliance with GCP, SOPs, confidentiality requirements, and study protocols while documenting adverse events, communicating issues, and maintaining accurate source records.
