Promotes and sells commercial security products, services, upgrades, and renewals within an assigned territory. Generates leads, develops customer relationships, manages sales activities and follow-ups, meets quota, processes work orders, and conducts post-installation customer satisfaction checks. The role requires strong presentation skills, product knowledge, full-time availability, and local travel.

Manage inside sales opportunities for the Italian market from lead engagement through quotation, negotiation, order closing, booking, and handover. Build accurate labor and materials quotes, identify customer needs, collaborate with outside sales, field operations, technical services, suppliers, and pursue upsell opportunities. Provide regular customer updates, meet sales targets and KPIs, and complete related administrative tasks.

Ensure reliable IT systems and infrastructure operations for the Istanbul office and regional customer locations. Provide on-site hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user support, installations, configurations, incident resolution, system deployments, upgrades, monitoring, and documentation. Collaborate with regional and global IT teams, follow cybersecurity and compliance requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
