Leads engineering strategy, capital programs, plant engineering, and technical resources for the Insulation Systems business. Oversees capital planning, project execution, process improvement, automation, manufacturing capacity, quality, reliability, costs, and HSE performance. Manages and develops engineers, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, supports plant operations, owns the Management of Change process, and manages a $1.8 million budget and 11 direct reports across industrial manufacturing facilities.

Drives commercial excellence through process optimization, CRM improvement, business analytics, KPI governance, pricing and profitability analysis, forecasting, and logistics/order fulfillment improvements. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and IT to improve revenue, margins, customer experience, and efficiency. Uses Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Excel to develop dashboards, identify trends, and deliver executive recommendations while leading change adoption.

Manage customer accounts, pricing, rebates, and job quotes for an assigned region or market. Analyze competitive pricing and margins, support sales objectives, gather market intelligence, and coordinate with sales, customer service, product management, transportation, and operations. The role serves as a primary contact for pricing requests, facilitates cross-functional decisions, and helps ensure customer expectations and job-site delivery requirements are met.
