Provide technical leadership for continuous-process manufacturing to optimize output, quality, energy and material usage. Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Global Procurement & Logistics and leadership team. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, presentations, expense reporting, and stakeholder communications. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive materials using Excel and Power BI; coordinate cross-functional projects, onboarding, and office operations; leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot) to improve processes and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing leadership needs.
