Mechanical engineering intern supporting safety, environmental, and process improvement projects including scrap refeed automation. Tasks include 3D modeling, basic mechanical design and problem solving, and collaborating with maintenance, production, warehouse, and batch plant teams.

Lead all HR activities for a multi-plant manufacturing complex with a unionized workforce. Own labor and employee relations, collective bargaining participation, workforce planning, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement. Coach site leaders, manage a small HR team, and maintain hands-on presence on the production floor to drive culture, safety, and operational results.

Lead process optimization and continuous improvement in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Implement process changes, troubleshoot operations, support product scale-up, conduct root-cause analyses, train staff, and support quality and safety systems to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
