Provides financial and cost-accounting support for a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, cost analysis, BOMs, routings, standard costs, capital project evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, SOX compliance, and productivity initiatives. Partners with plant leadership to identify cost reductions, improve processes, and support strategic business decisions.

Provides technical leadership for commercial roofing PVC membrane products. Designs and maintains formulations, supports laboratory work and production scale-up, troubleshoots plant issues, manages documentation and regulatory code positions, and leads multiple improvement projects. Collaborates with operations, R&D, product engineering, supply chain, customers, and external technical organizations. The role also includes data analysis, product testing, field roof evaluations, safety improvement, and support for new product development and intellectual property.

Lead and deliver multiple large, complex capital projects ($40M-$150M) across all phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning. Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, contractors, safety, environmental compliance, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and mentoring project staff.
