As a Plant H&S Specialist, you'll ensure compliance with safety regulations, lead incident investigations, drive safety initiatives, and facilitate training in a manufacturing setting.

The Plant H&S Specialist will implement safety initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, conduct training, and promote a zero harm workplace culture.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Global Procurement & Logistics and leadership team. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, presentations, expense reporting, and stakeholder communications. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive materials using Excel and Power BI; coordinate cross-functional projects, onboarding, and office operations; leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot) to improve processes and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing leadership needs.
