Manages the credit union’s BSA/AML and fraud programs, including risk assessments, policy updates, suspicious activity monitoring, FinCEN reporting, fraud investigations, recoveries, and loss prevention. Leads and develops the BSA/Fraud team, ensures regulatory filing accuracy, reviews emerging risks and fraud trends, maintains investigation documentation, and advises management on compliance and process improvements.
