Lead and perform complex accounting functions including general ledger, fixed assets, prepaid and ATM accounting; prepare journal entries and reconciliations; support financial close, budgeting, regulatory and audit reporting; research and resolve discrepancies; train and back up accounting staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end, reconcile timesheets and benefits, maintain payroll system accuracy, update 401(k) and benefits data, resolve payroll discrepancies, own HRIS data integrity, manage API/sFTP workflows, support audits and reporting, and respond to employee payroll/HRIS inquiries.

Support and administer enterprise business applications by troubleshooting issues, coordinating upgrades and patches, assisting with backups and business continuity, analyzing application functionality, supporting enhancements, creating documentation and training, and collaborating with business units, IT teams, and vendors to maintain stable, secure systems.
