Reviews applicant eligibility and certification files for HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, PRAC, and other affordable housing programs. Conducts property audits, verifies tenant income and recertifications, identifies corrective actions, maintains compliance tracking systems, and supports lease-ups. Trains property staff, coordinates file reviews, responds to compliance questions, and monitors regulatory changes. This on-site role requires travel among assigned properties.

Supports Yardi property management systems for assigned affordable housing properties. Responsibilities include data integrity, application troubleshooting, system testing, help desk support, property setup and software conversions, staff training, report review, and implementation support for RentCafe and property websites. The role also provides onsite training, enters move-in and payment data during lease-ups, coordinates with Yardi technical support, and travels regularly to property locations.

Provides administrative support for a housing facility, including filing, correspondence, phone coverage, tenant annual recertification interviews and documentation, work-order processing, spreadsheet and report preparation, scheduling, data entry, and project completion. The role requires strong organization, communication, English proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, adaptability, and at least two years of administrative experience. Spanish or Chinese language skills are also listed.
