Prepares, reviews, and submits telecommunications regulatory compliance filings to the FCC, state public utility commissions, and other agencies. Coordinates with telecom clients to collect reporting information, analyzes financial and operational data, ensures accurate and timely submissions, and monitors regulatory changes. The role requires strong accounting, telecommunications compliance, utility regulation, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Monitor customer network infrastructure, respond to alarms, create and manage trouble tickets, perform basic connectivity troubleshooting using SOPs, escalate complex incidents, communicate with customers and internal teams, document solutions, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Designs and evaluates large-scale, multi-vendor fiber access networks using advanced PON technologies. Responsibilities include architecting integrations with IP/MPLS and optical transport networks, selecting OLT and ONT vendors, reviewing HLDs and migration strategies, advising broadband clients, troubleshooting complex environments, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also involves client engagement, technical writing, vendor coordination, and managing project budgets, timelines, and billable work.
