Sell consulting, engineering, regulatory, financial, and managed services solutions; create account and opportunity plans; maintain CRM pipeline discipline; collaborate with subject-matter experts; identify AI-enabled client opportunities; and represent JSI at client and industry events.

Manage telecommunications regulatory compliance projects, prepare and file FCC and state PUC documents, support client accounts, coordinate regulatory processes, and ensure accurate, timely deliverables. Serve as a client contact, collaborate with senior consultants, contribute to business development, and monitor broadband industry and regulatory developments. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and independent project execution skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Leads JSI’s Broadband Network Engineering practice, managing managers and senior engineers, delivery quality, utilization, margins, staffing, technical standards, and team development. Serves as an executive advisor to strategic broadband clients across fiber, optical transport, routing and switching, RF, and voice infrastructure. Represents the practice in escalations and contract discussions while supporting proposals, pricing, business development, client retention, and revenue growth.
