Design and develop client-facing e-learning and self-paced courses, own and administer the LMS, support webinars and live events, manage shifting priorities and projects, partner with subject-matter experts to refine content using learner data, and improve processes and platform experience.

Support JSI's Regulatory team by managing program operations, partner onboarding, and compliance workflows; prepare and track FCC, state commission, and USF filings; maintain filing calendars and regulatory content; coordinate across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Managed Services; develop SOPs, training materials, and support sales/marketing with demos and proposals.

Advise broadband clients on post-award grant compliance and telecom regulatory matters. Manage financial/reporting requirements (2 CFR 200), develop compliance frameworks and internal controls, prepare regulatory filings (FCC, USAC, PUC), provide client training and documentation, liaise with agencies, conduct regulatory research, and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and communications.
