Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, tax and filing compliance, and audit coordination. Supervise two senior accountants, improve accounting processes, maintain financial schedules, resolve accounting issues, and communicate financial information to executives, clinicians, board members, and other stakeholders.

Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at JMMG, including onboarding, transitions, recruitment, policy review, preceptor selection, and regular leadership meetings with partners and medical directors.
