Review checks, ACHs, Zelle and BillPay alerts using the OASIS fraud module and other systems to identify and resolve suspected fraud. Advise branches on compromised accounts, maintain case files/spreadsheets, recommend process improvements, cross-train on BSA duties, and serve as backup to the Fraud Analyst II-Team Lead.

Lead credit risk assessment, portfolio analytics, CECL program management, stress testing, vendor and audit oversight. Produce board-level reports, monitor covenants and troubled loans, manage watch list and loan review processes, and provide executive communications and reporting.

Source and manage commercial and consumer clients, evaluate creditworthiness, structure and close commercial loans, monitor loan compliance, collaborate with lending teams, mentor junior staff, and represent the bank in community and business development activities.
