Leads financial reporting for monthly and annual close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost allocation, and fleet cost reporting. Manages vehicle leasing coordination with banking partners, improves workshop reporting processes and KPIs, and collaborates with finance and fleet stakeholders. The role also manages two Operational Support Technicians and supports fleet operations across the Partnership.

Support daily fulfilment centre operations by portioning and packing food, using packing equipment, boxing components, and ensuring quality and compliance with company food safety processes. Work as part of a team across scheduled shifts, including possible nights eligible for a premium.

Own the technology strategy for John Lewis Financial Services by defining enterprise architecture, technical guardrails, capability roadmaps, domain models, governance, and resilient solution patterns. Evaluate technology investments, ROI, total cost of ownership, risk, and technical debt while collaborating with engineering, product, business, and vendor teams. Coach architecture communities, enable agile decision-making, support recruitment, and apply market insights to strategic planning.
