Blend insurance metrics with proprietary retail data, monitor pricing performance via dashboards, produce reports for senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.

Generate and deliver commercial digital trading insights end-to-end using analytics tools (SQL, analytics platforms, visualization). Partner with senior stakeholders to influence trading and product decisions, ensure data integrity with engineering teams, and communicate findings through presentations and storytelling to drive business growth.

Manage Waitrose internal and external audit and supplier performance programmes to ensure safety, legality and quality. Own KPI management, lead technical training and budget, run supplier approval and internal audits, develop technical/brand policies, and support underperforming suppliers.
