Lead design, development, and implementation of a new Peace program, manage a small team, oversee grantmaking strategy and portfolio, build cross-sector partnerships, represent the Foundation publicly, and travel frequently.

The Manager oversees portfolio risk analytics, manages the portable alpha program, and contributes to asset allocation, risk management, and investment decisions while mentoring junior staff.

The Team Administrator supports the Chicago Commitment team by managing budgets, grants, contracts, and project tasks, while facilitating communication within the team.
