The Technical Sales Representative provides technical sales support for pump products, manages customer relationships, and meets sales targets through field consultations and CRM management.

Provide first- and second-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (ERP, Windows 11, Office 365, Zoom). Configure and manage corporate devices, assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT asset inventory, handle helpdesk tickets, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, and produce user FAQs and help sheets.

Provide technical and sales support by preparing quotations, processing orders, recommending products, and resolving customer inquiries. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, deliver after-sales support, maintain records, support collections, and identify growth opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
