Manage restaurant office operations, including payroll, daily sales and cash routines, expense tracking and filing, ordering, personnel file management, and onboarding. The role supports the restaurant team in a fast-paced hospitality environment and requires strong organization, initiative, flexibility, and full-week availability, including weekends.

Manage full-cycle Canadian payroll for approximately 1,500 employees and oversee accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, statutory remittances, vendor records, and financial reporting. Resolve payroll and payment issues, support audits and year-end processes, maintain internal controls, and identify process improvements while collaborating with employees, restaurant teams, vendors, and Finance stakeholders.

Coordinates People & Culture operations across HR administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee programs, systems, communications, reporting, and recruitment initiatives. Maintains HR resources, technology platforms, data, training materials, job postings, and candidate communications while supporting hiring events, engagement programs, partner initiatives, and continuous process improvement. This is an in-office role requiring strong organization, communication, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
