Teams at Joe Coffee Company

Operate packaging equipment, label and package coffee, pack orders, maintain a clean and safe roastery, and perform local pickup/delivery between Brooklyn cold storage and Long Island City. Support production team, follow safety procedures, and assist with efficiency and quality.

Teach public coffee education classes (latte art, espresso, home barista, brewing, cupping). Lead hands-on workshops, coach students on Joe Coffee standards, manage setup, and provide hospitality-focused instruction to diverse learners.
