Teams at Joe Coffee Company

Supports the full employee lifecycle through payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR operations. Maintains employee records, manages benefits and leave programs, supports investigations and performance processes, coordinates audits and mandatory training, and serves as a resource for employees and managers. The role is based in New York City and requires occasional travel between cafe and office locations.

Assist with labeling, packaging, equipment operation, packing for delivery, and maintaining an organized roastery. Perform local pickups and deliveries between off-site cold storage and the roasting space. Follow warehouse safety, cleanliness, and Joe Coffee cultural values while supporting timely order fulfillment.

Teach public coffee education classes (latte art, espresso, home barista, brewing, cupping). Lead hands-on workshops, coach students on Joe Coffee standards, manage setup, and provide hospitality-focused instruction to diverse learners.
