Leads store sales and customer service while supporting store management, opening and closing operations, coaching associates, driving sales goals, processing transactions, merchandising products, protecting company assets, maintaining safety standards, and supporting recruiting. The role requires strong communication, customer service, retail sales, and physical ability to work on the sales floor and stockroom.

Provides exceptional customer service, greeting guests, identifying needs, recommending products, promoting rewards programs, and supporting store sales goals. Processes cash and credit transactions, assists with merchandising, inventory, markdowns, visual standards, recruiting efforts, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Requires strong interpersonal communication, physical ability to stock merchandise, and availability for retail floor and stockroom duties.
