Participate in a 15-month Quality Engineer Development Program rotating through quality control, assurance, supplier quality, metrology, and quality engineering. Support aerospace product development and manufacturing using APQP, SPC, audits, root-cause analysis, CAPA, MRB activities, Lean improvement, and quality standards including ISO 9001, AS9100, and FAA requirements. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams before transitioning into a focused quality engineering role for eVTOL aircraft.

Leads software and data analytics engineers developing and maintaining Test Enabling Software for aircraft verification, validation, and certification. Translates testing needs into plans, guides automation and software reviews, develops lab infrastructure, instrumentation, controls, and LabVIEW tools, and coordinates test-stand integration. Partners with engineering, program, and lab teams to support safety-of-flight testing, certification milestones, continuous improvement, and efficient execution.

Develop and maintain test software, automation tools, instrumentation controls, LabVIEW VIs, and Python scripts for aircraft systems testing. Build hardware-in-the-loop and simulation-based test infrastructure, execute integration and verification tests, manage configuration and calibration records, analyze test data, and generate engineering reports. Collaborate with design, software, systems, simulation, certification, and testing teams across multiple Joby sites.
