Provide on-site security for a manufacturing facility in Dadri. Candidate must have a defense/military background, supervise security staff, enforce protocols, conduct training, handle incident response and reporting, and coordinate with management.

Responsible for overall production quality and quantity, manages QC meetings, updates SOPs, ensures equipment functionality, and coordinates with departments to minimize downtimes.
