Design and deliver high-quality mockups, prototypes, and visuals for web and mobile. Lead UX across the product lifecycle, conduct user research and usability testing, run ideation sessions, collaborate with CEO and developers in a Scrum environment, and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Design, write, and execute manual and automated QA tests (majority automation). Review user stories, create test cases/automation scenarios, find defects, demo stories, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Java-based applications. Write clean, testable code, collaborate with team members, and participate in design and code reviews.

Lead qualitative and quantitative research across health insurance products, driving insights from discovery through post-release validation. Partner with product and design to define requirements and strategy, produce research artifacts, mentor designers, and share customer findings across the organization.
