Own product marketing for Jobber’s Operations portfolio, including customer research, positioning, messaging, packaging input, go-to-market strategy, launch execution, adoption, and ongoing learning. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Marketing to communicate customer value, overcome switching barriers, support commercial outcomes, and equip customer-facing teams. Use customer insights, competitive analysis, funnel data, cohort evidence, and AI to improve marketing effectiveness and adoption.

Leads and scales Jobber’s credit risk function across payments and lending. Responsibilities include managing credit risk analysts, setting risk appetite and policy, overseeing underwriting, monitoring, collections, forecasting, provisioning, stress testing, and model governance. Partners with Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and funding partners to build AI-enabled decisioning, automate operations, meet Canadian and U.S. requirements, manage vendors, and report portfolio performance to executives and risk committees.

Owns enablement for Product Support and Customer Onboarding teams, including ramp, certification, playbooks, needs discovery, product positioning, coaching, and continuous development. Partners with QA, Product Marketing, Success Operations, and Analytics to improve activation, adoption, retention, CSAT, and qualified opportunities. Designs training and enables Next Best Action recommendations while measuring program effectiveness and supporting team events.
