Senior Customer Analytics Manager leads strategic analytics across the customer lifecycle—acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, and expansion. Partners with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into rigorous analyses, experimentation, forecasting, and predictive models; defines KPIs; builds dashboards and decision tools; mentors analysts; and drives scalable, AI-enabled analytics that inform executive decisions and improve customer value.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, design, product, data, and security roles. Partner with hiring managers to build diverse pipelines, use data and AI to optimize hiring, run competency-based interviews, coach stakeholders, and improve employer branding and candidate experience.

Lead design, implement, operate, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). Build local tooling and deployment/observability integrations (e.g., CircleCI), participate in on-call rotation, improve CI/CD performance, mentor engineers, manage incidents, and move platform toward Kubernetes while supporting Ruby/Python/Bash production workloads.
