Coordinate daily worker bookings and operational delivery for a key client. Record worker hours accurately in the payroll system, manage attendance and absences, conduct return-to-work interviews and disciplinaries, address colleague queries, ensure compliance, and support performance management. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced staffing or logistics environment.

The Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, transaction recording, expense tracking, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role will assist with audits, tax and legal expense documentation, lease accounting, process documentation, and continuous improvement of accounting controls. Regular collaboration with headquarters and monthly in-person attendance in Madrid are required.
