Conduct full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles, partnering with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders. Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting tools, evaluate applicants, manage candidates in Workday, develop competitive offers, support diversity recruiting, resolve recruitment issues, and promote consistent interviewing and hiring practices while ensuring compliance.

Manage supply chain allocation, order fulfillment, logistics operations, inventory, and short-term demand forecasting for audio products. Responsibilities include maintaining SKU and site-level forecasts, monitoring inventory and aging, coordinating production and suppliers, processing transfers and diversions, publishing PSI/SCP reports, and providing supply and sales recommendations to management. The role collaborates with product, sales, business management, operations, and headquarters teams to support timely delivery and sales targets.

Coordinates production and material flows, reviews schedules and work orders, monitors inventory and quality data, maintains Excel trackers, records production information, and consolidates follow-up actions. The role requires fluent Korean communication to support cross-department coordination, along with analysis of manufacturing, labor, and material costs.
