Manage social channels, content, email, web, SEO, product launches, sponsorships, and customer lifecycle campaigns. Lead consumer research, funnel and cohort analysis, experimentation, dashboards, forecasting, KPI development, and marketing ROI optimization. Collaborate with product, sales, finance, legal, procurement, and creative teams while using analytics and AI tools to guide strategy and budget allocation.

Supports C-suite executives and business divisions through calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, correspondence, meeting preparation, confidential information handling, and stakeholder communication. Also manages office operations, supplies, records, onboarding support, events, vendors, facilities services, general affairs, budgeting assistance, and internal communications. Korean-English bilingual communication is highly preferred for coordination with executives and global headquarters.

Analyzes financial, operational, and supply chain data to support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, inventory and logistics coordination, claims management, and executive decision-making. Builds reports, dashboards, models, and presentations using Excel, ERP/SAP, and BI tools. Coordinates with headquarters, factories, vendors, account teams, and IT partners on process improvements, production schedules, product setup, and supply status. Korean-English bilingual communication supports cross-regional collaboration.
