Manage daily operations of assigned parking/hospitality locations, lead and develop staff, maintain client relationships, ensure revenue accuracy, safety, facility upkeep, and deliver excellent guest service.

Lead onsite valet, shuttle, and guest-service teams to deliver consistent hospitality. Supervise traffic flow, safety, and facility presentation; coach staff, handle guest concerns, complete reports, and coordinate with account management.

12–15 week rotational development program in New Orleans to train recent graduates for an Account Manager operations role. Participate in cross-functional rotations, mentorship, projects, workshops, networking, and present recommendations to leadership. Program culminates in relocation to an assigned U.S. market.
