Lead the JMG program at Carrabec High School delivering tailored curriculum to build career-readiness competencies, recruit and support students, coordinate with school staff and community partners, document activities, advise student leadership, facilitate employer connections, and provide follow-up for employment or postsecondary transitions.

Provide direct, relationship-based support to first-generation and at-risk students transitioning to and through college; coordinate Opportunity Passport referrals and advising; develop individual education/career plans; connect students to campus resources, internships, and employment; maintain records, reports, and program coordination with college and community partners.

Lead the JMG program at Spruce Mountain High School, delivering tailored career-readiness curriculum, recruiting and supporting students, building employer and community partnerships, advising a student leadership group, maintaining program documentation, and providing post-graduation employment follow-up and professional development participation.
