Serve as a technical security escalation resource across JMARK and client environments. Investigate and coordinate incident response, manage vulnerabilities and patching, administer SIEM and other security platforms, monitor threats, and improve detection and security controls. Provide guidance on Cisco networking, firewalls, segmentation, and secure infrastructure while supporting security product evaluations, remediation tracking, documentation, and security education.

The Account Executive will prospect for new clients, build trusted business relationships, develop and present tailored technology solutions, manage sales pipelines, meet monthly growth quotas, and oversee client onboarding. Responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing, vendors, product management, and support teams; maintaining CRM accuracy; addressing escalated customer needs; supporting Communication Solutions programs; and continuously improving sales processes and team performance.

Lead Branson Bank’s technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, vendor management, and technology projects. The IT Director will guide infrastructure improvements, support audits and regulatory examinations, oversee risk management and business continuity, develop the IT team, govern AI and automation, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and employee support. This is a full-time onsite leadership role requiring strong communication, project ownership, and collaboration with bank leadership, employees, vendors, and the Board.
