Provide onsite and remote Tier-1 support for clients: answer service desk calls, troubleshoot desktops, servers and networks, perform preventative maintenance, update PSA documentation (ConnectWise), assist with installations and deliveries, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain strong client relationships.

Develop and close new business for communications solutions (internet connectivity, SD-WAN, voice/phone systems). Prospect and qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline, prepare proposals, collaborate with internal teams for solution design and handoff, and meet defined sales and revenue metrics while acting as a trusted technology advisor.

Identify and pursue new prospects, build trusted client relationships, meet individual and team sales quotas, manage pipeline and CRM, present tailored IT solutions, mentor teammates, and support escalated client issues.
