Lead Branson Bank’s technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, vendor management, and technology projects. The IT Director will guide infrastructure improvements, support audits and regulatory examinations, oversee risk management and business continuity, develop the IT team, govern AI and automation, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and employee support. This is a full-time onsite leadership role requiring strong communication, project ownership, and collaboration with bank leadership, employees, vendors, and the Board.

Provides vCIO-style technology consulting and strategic client relationship management for managed services clients. Analyzes business applications and workflows, develops technology strategies and solution architectures, prepares QBRs, coordinates implementations, manages executive relationships, supports sales presentations, and owns agreement renewals. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, technical expertise, strong communication, detailed tracking, client retention, and travel throughout the sales territory.

Provides advanced onsite and remote support for a banking client's network infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, servers, routing, and security technologies; monitoring network health; implementing upgrades and infrastructure changes; documenting work; resolving escalated issues; supporting projects; and participating in on-call coverage. The role also involves proactive risk reduction, client communication, mentoring junior staff, and collaboration with engineering and project teams.
