Own and operate JMA’s enterprise LAN, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, data center networking, remote access, and network security controls. Configure routing, segmentation, IPsec, monitoring, and compliance evidence while troubleshooting issues and improving undocumented environments. Support manufacturing, lab, acquired-company integration, and multi-site infrastructure. Establish standards and documentation aligned with CMMC, NIST 800-171, and SOC 2, collaborating across IT and communicating technical risks to stakeholders.

Create and manage manufacturing plans using SAP/MRP, schedule and release production orders, maintain inventory and safety stock, support S&OP/D&OP, analyze forecast accuracy and capacity, coordinate suppliers and new product introductions, report shortages and risks, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for selling DAS solutions, managing sales funnels, and building strategic relationships to exceed revenue targets.
