Owns daily IT service delivery, reliability, cost management, and continuous improvement. Leads the help desk, implements and expands Freshservice ITSM into enterprise service management, establishes workflows, SLAs, automations, reporting, runbooks, and knowledge resources. Oversees monitoring and alerting, vendor invoices, SaaS licensing, operational budgets, and support quality. Recruits, mentors, and develops the IT operations team while managing escalations and stakeholder relationships.

Lead quality engineering for new product introduction and existing manufacturing lines. Implement APQP, PPAP, FMEAs, Control Plans, audits, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis. Analyze yield, nonconformance, and RMA data; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. Train cross-functional teams and quality technicians while supporting quality management system development and technical documentation.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to validate JMA XRAN products. Create, integrate, and run automated tests (API, UI), analyze logs, debug issues, and provide test infrastructure. Collaborate with R&D QA, developers, and PMs to automate use cases and support engineering releases.
