Provides administrative support to leaders and departments by managing calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, events, communications, philanthropic activities, personnel information, office equipment, budgets, purchasing, inventory, records, and SharePoint files. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

Manage national convenience and drug-channel accounts, brokers, sales plans, customer business plans, trade spend, negotiations, promotional execution, and profitability targets. Build relationships with large multi-state chains, conduct business reviews, analyze syndicated data, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver revenue, market share, margin, and retention goals. The role requires approximately 60% travel for customer and broker relationship management.

Leads enterprise-wide quality assurance and food safety strategy across approximately 20 manufacturing facilities and the broader supply chain. Oversees regulatory inspections, product testing, recalls, crisis response, food safety systems, continuous improvement, and compliance with FSMA and SFCR. Develops a quality leadership team, builds organizational capability, partners with operations and supply chain leaders, manages regulatory relationships, and reports quality and food safety performance to executive leadership and the Board.
