Sell finance and insurance products remotely for dealership partners through customer interviews, menu presentations, product recommendations, objection handling, and deal closing. Build dealer relationships through daily communication and sales collaboration, deliver strong customer experiences, maintain accurate documentation and performance tracking, and continuously improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and remote work capability.

Owns the enterprise learning roadmap, programs, content curation, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manages LinkedIn Learning and Workday Learning integration, vendor relationships, learning technology enhancements, and adoption strategies. Partners with talent and leadership development teams to align learning with workforce priorities. Uses utilization, engagement, completion, feedback, and performance data to evaluate effectiveness and improve or retire offerings. Leads initiatives from planning through launch and evaluation while influencing stakeholders without direct reports.

Provides onsite technical support for production facilities, independently resolving IT incidents, requests, and problems across end-user and operational technology environments. Collaborates with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts; leads assigned initiatives; documents support processes; communicates technical issues clearly; and maintains and improves IT support standards.
