The Finance Data & Analytics Lead will enhance financial reporting, mentor analysts, lead applied analytics initiatives, and promote continuous improvement. Responsibilities include aligning financial systems, developing scalable reporting solutions, and driving analytical capabilities across FP&A.

Perform independent testing and validation of compliance controls, document findings, recommend remediation, conduct vendor and process assessments, report results to Legal and Operations, and support follow-up testing. Senior candidates lead audits, develop risk-based testing programs, and present findings to management.

The Accountant will execute daily and monthly financial reconciliations, support audit activities, analyze General Ledger accounts, and enhance internal controls. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, identifying process improvements, and implementing automation tools.
