Lead technical execution of automation and robotic packaging projects: design concepts, configure robots and vision systems, mentor engineers, produce documentation, supervise startups, coordinate vendors/customers, and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex food packaging automation projects: define scope, schedule, budget, and RADIOs; coordinate vendors and procurement; lead FAT, installation, commissioning, and customer liaison; ensure sanitary, safety, and quality compliance; mentor staff and drive continuous improvement.

Process and pay accounts payable invoices, reconcile accounts and credit card statements, code transactions to GL and job numbers, prepare payments (check/ACH/wire), respond to vendor inquiries, produce A/P aging and cash forecasts, maintain vendor/1099 records, perform month-end bank reconciliations, and support continuous improvement and cross-training for AR.

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee materials management, inventory control, supplier negotiations, and production scheduling, while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a strong workplace safety culture.
