Lead and manage a lease abstraction team, ensuring accurate lease data, KPIs (quality, TAT, productivity), stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, recruitment, process adherence, and continuous operational improvements.

The analyst will support sales and recapitalizations of office transactions, manage due diligence, prepare financial models and advisory packages, and conduct market research.
