Oversee facility engineering and technical operations, including MEP systems, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, audits, contractors, budgets, critical environments, energy management, spare parts, reporting, and small renovation projects. Coordinate with clients, authorities, builders, OEMs, and site technical teams to maintain reliable operations, prevent downtime, meet service-level targets, and manage technical contracts and procurement.

Manages strategic sourcing, tender processes, vendor onboarding, compliance, contract administration, performance management, procurement reporting, and stakeholder communications for facilities management services. The role conducts supplier evaluations, monitors risk and insurance compliance, maintains procurement platforms and contract records, analyzes spend and savings, supports negotiations, and improves processes across multiple countries.

Processes supplier invoices, credit notes, payments, reconciliations, duplicate-payment controls, and exception resolution in a high-volume accounts payable environment. Collaborates with site managers, surveyors, suppliers, and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payments. Produces reports, maintains production logs, meets turnaround-time and accuracy targets, protects confidential financial data, and identifies process improvements.
