Teams at JLL

Assist project and senior project managers with small and major projects, coordinating teams, reporting, meetings, budgets, forecasts, client relationships, consultants, vendors, contracts, risks, health and safety, sustainability, and project delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and effective use of JLL technology platforms.

Perform operation, inspection, preventive maintenance and repairs on building mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general systems. Maintain CMMS and tenant service requests, troubleshoot DDC and pneumatic controls, respond to emergencies/on-call, comply with safety procedures, and participate in technical training.

Lead corporate capital markets transactions (acquisitions, disposals, sale-leasebacks, developments) across asset types. Coordinate projects end-to-end, act as main client contact, collaborate with internal teams, prepare financial analyses, business plans and cashflows, ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables, and use Excel/PowerPoint for reporting. Engage on alternative assets like data centers and self-storage; IFRS-16 knowledge is a plus.
