Manage day-to-day facility operations for a commercial/mfg/R&D portfolio, performing preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and controls. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maintain CMMS records and infrastructure documentation, respond to tenant requests, and implement energy and operational improvements.

Apprenticeship role training to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechatronic and robotic systems in a fulfillment/distribution center. Combines classroom, lab, and on-the-job learning with safety adherence. Learns PLCs, conveyors, pneumatics, compressors, and works with automation and robotics engineers to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnostics.

Lead and manage building operations and engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable mechanical and electrical system performance. Implement preventive and reliability-based maintenance, oversee contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency and asset longevity while providing client-facing service and team development.
