Teams at JLL

Maintain and repair building mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety), execute preventive maintenance via CMMS, respond to service requests and emergencies, assist with installations, manage parts inventory, review contractor work, ensure regulatory and JLL compliance, and support site engineering leadership.

Manage procurement operations for property and asset management: oversee procurement systems and staff, negotiate and administer contracts, run RFPs and vendor selection, ensure vendor compliance and stock control, conduct audits, develop outsourcing strategy, and maintain vendor databases and reporting.

Lead end-to-end commercial real estate projects: establish project structure, manage teams, budgets, contracts and risks, maintain client relationships, produce reports, and use in-house PM tools (PHP, Prolog, Atlas).
