Lead project management for facilities, overseeing estimation, design reviews, and vendor coordination. Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring successful execution of renovations and relocations.

Provide administrative support for integrated facilities management: raise and close facilities service requests with invoices, monitor ad-hoc budgets and purchase orders, assist with purchase requests, and coordinate with operations for cost and service issues. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed on-site in Singapore.

Provide front-line workplace and guest support, manage bookings and vendors, assist events and onboarding, perform basic IT/AV troubleshooting, and maintain an inviting, functional office environment.
