Serve as the financial lead for projects across their lifecycle: set up budgets and cost structures, monitor labor/expenses/profitability, manage invoicing and unbilled balances, maintain contract/change order documentation, produce project financial reports, and support firmwide financial reporting.

Lead firmwide QA/QC for architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. Develop and maintain QA standards, master specifications, Revit/BIM standards, and checklists. Review drawings and specs for code compliance and technical accuracy, mentor staff, resolve technical issues, and drive consistent documentation and constructability practices across project teams.
