Leads complex family law matters from inception through resolution, including custody, support, property division, domestic violence, adoption, mediation, and trial proceedings. Drafts sophisticated legal documents, develops case strategies, counsels clients, analyzes financial information, negotiates settlements, and appears in court. Supervises and mentors attorneys, paralegals, and support staff while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, billing targets, and client service expectations are met.

Provides on-site first-level IT support for attorneys and staff across multiple offices. Coordinates with a managed service provider, supports onboarding and offboarding, manages devices, software, licenses, assets, and AV systems, and assists with network monitoring, security compliance, audits, technology rollouts, and IT documentation. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, confidentiality, and customer-service skills.

Provide substantive trusts and estates paralegal support including drafting estate and trust documents, probate pleadings, deeds, and filings; manage case timelines, client intake, asset verification, and court e-filing; conduct factual and legal research; maintain organized files and originals; mentor staff and meet billable hour requirements while supporting attorneys across multiple matters.
