The firm handles estate planning, trust administration, probate, family law, international estate planning, and tax matters for high-wealth and multinational clients. Provide substantive trusts and estates paralegal support including drafting estate and trust documents, probate pleadings, deeds, and filings; manage case timelines, client intake, asset verification, and court e-filing; conduct factual and legal research; maintain organized files and originals; mentor staff and meet billable hour requirements while supporting attorneys across multiple matters.

Manage complex trusts and estates matters including estate planning, trust formation and administration, probate and fiduciary representation, tax filings (Forms 706/709), contested litigation, client counseling, and courtroom advocacy. Supervise and mentor associates and support staff, oversee caseloads, coordinate with financial professionals, conduct legal research, and meet billable, realization, and origination targets.
