Build, design, and architect scalable AI capabilities for Jitterbit’s SaaS automation platform. Develop reliable AI-driven applications using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, cloud services, and distributed architectures. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver features, mentor engineers, and maintain 24/7 systems. Work includes microservices, data pipelines, model deployment, multi-tenant SaaS, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and cloud security best practices.

Supports marketing operations and paid media campaigns by building HubSpot workflows, scheduling and testing emails, configuring tracking, maintaining Salesforce data, monitoring Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, coordinating creative assets and agency activity, and producing performance dashboards. The role manages campaign timelines, optimizes advertising budgets and performance, and collaborates with Content, Design, Sales, and external partners to deliver campaigns on schedule.
