Own and optimize the marketing operations technology stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce. Manage CRM administration, integrations, lead scoring, routing, lifecycle workflows, data hygiene, compliance, reporting, attribution, and vendor evaluations. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve handoffs, pipeline visibility, SLA compliance, and revenue reporting. Build dashboards, troubleshoot backend automation and synchronization issues, and document revenue processes and governance standards.

Manage and secure macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoint environments; automate device provisioning and application deployment using MDM platforms and scripts. Administer Active Directory and Google Workspace identities, permissions, SSO, and access controls. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, and maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and knowledge bases.
