Analyze operational, pricing, financial, and strategic business questions using data. Build and maintain daily dashboards, model unit economics, test pricing scenarios, automate recurring analyses, document definitions, and turn findings into clear recommendations. The analyst will work directly with operations, finance, commercial, and leadership stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, progressively owning an analytics domain and influencing business decisions.

Leads end-to-end warehouse, sortation, and driver launch operations for a last-mile delivery site. Manages temporary hourly teams, safety, quality, cost, inventory, and continuous improvement. Supports P&L oversight, workforce planning, KPI analysis, and cross-functional client operations. Requires flexible on-call coverage across nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts, with up to 25% travel. The role also involves hiring, training, coaching, OSHA compliance, and occasional lifting up to 60 pounds.
