Welcome and assist customers throughout the optical sales journey, provide personalized styling and product recommendations, process payments, manage inventory and deliveries, maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and complete eyewear ordering, verification, collection, and adjustment tasks. Build customer loyalty, meet sales targets and KPIs, represent the brand, and support store management while learning retail and optical processes.

Conduct high-quality eye examinations, determine prescriptions, assess eye health, educate patients, and recommend suitable lens treatments. Support the store team through optical training, customer assistance, eye-test promotion, spectacle order checks, and collections. The role emphasizes excellent patient care, customer experience, regulatory compliance, teamwork, and Tuesday-to-Saturday availability.

Welcomes and advises customers, builds customer loyalty, presents eyewear collections, manages stock, and adjusts and repairs glasses. The role also involves using digital sales and measurement tools, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to a customer-focused retail environment.
