Owns cross-functional e-commerce marketing and business initiatives from approved concept through launch and measurement. Responsibilities include lifecycle marketing, promotions, paid media, creative operations, site and SEO updates, Jira requirements, business cases, P&L inputs, and weekly performance reporting. The role coordinates engineering, customer service, designers, agencies, and vendors without direct authority, using AI tools to accelerate execution while validating claims, pricing, links, and metrics.

Runs the President and COO’s executive office, managing calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, sensitive information, and leadership follow-through. Builds AI-driven workflows, verifies machine-generated outputs, maintains recurring reports, and supports cross-functional operational projects. Coordinates onboarding, offboarding, recruiting logistics, headcount tracking, and finance-adjacent people operations. Works hybrid from Irvine with occasional travel and flexible hours as needed.

Handles customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat while troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, improving workflows, and identifying automation opportunities. Uses Zendesk, CRM, order management systems, and data tools to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and retention. Collaborates with product, engineering, and operations teams to eliminate friction and enhance the customer journey.
