Sell print, digital, and direct-mail advertising solutions to local businesses through consultative B2B sales. Build and maintain a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, create tailored advertising plans, manage an assigned territory, and participate in training and team knowledge-sharing. The role is primarily field-based, with required office hours in Pflugerville on Mondays and as needed.

Write approximately 10 sponsored content pieces weekly for Texas markets by researching businesses, interviewing sources, developing story ideas, and managing advertiser approvals. Apply AP and CI style standards, support sales campaign ideation, collaborate across departments, meet deadlines, and use CRM, CMS, and other internal tools to manage content and workload.

Manages monthly print and daily digital editorial production for a community news organization. Supervises, coaches, and develops reporters; generates story ideas; researches, interviews, writes, edits, and publishes news and feature content; oversees beat coverage and deadlines; collaborates with design on graphics and sidebars; maintains community contacts; follows AP style and company standards; and represents the organization at external events.
