Manage end-to-end payroll and HRIS administration in Paylocity, handle full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and compliance (I-9, EEO-1), and serve as primary employee contact while supporting HR process improvements.

Manage editorial production for monthly print and daily digital editions: lead and mentor reporters, edit and write stories, ensure AP style and deadlines, coordinate with design, shoot photos as needed, and oversee community reporting and content management.

Lead a two-person HR team as a strategic partner and hands-on operator. Own employee relations, compliance (FMLA), compensation, benefits, payroll backup, talent planning, performance systems, culture, and HR process improvements while mentoring a People Operations Specialist.
