Leads multiple engineering management and development teams responsible for subscription management products. Defines engineering strategy, workflows, quality standards, and AI enablement initiatives while fostering automation and continuous improvement. Partners with product, sales, finance, executives, and customers to align business goals, product adoption, and engineering priorities. Oversees scalable SaaS delivery across cloud and hybrid-cloud environments and promotes platform engineering practices.

Design, develop, and govern Workato integrations connecting business systems with Salesforce. Translate requirements into integration solutions, build MCP servers and agentic workflows, administer the Workato platform, and ensure secure, reliable data flow. Serve as scrum master, coordinate cross-functional delivery, test and debug integrations, and support critical business workflows by resolving incidents and system anomalies.

Develop and productionize machine learning and data science solutions for internal business partners. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, statistical modeling, time-series forecasting, full ML model lifecycle ownership, monitoring and automation, and prototyping RAG, agentic, and knowledge-graph solutions. The role requires independently taking projects from proof of concept to production while communicating findings and managing cross-functional relationships.
