Supports manufacturing operations by processing customer orders, coordinating project setup and shipping documentation, maintaining production records and databases, preparing reports, entering change orders, and managing office supplies. Serves as a communication point for customers, vendors, production teams, and project managers while ensuring accurate, organized information and efficient order-to-delivery workflows.

Supervise daily precast concrete production, coordinating employees, schedules, resources, safety, quality, and output. Lead and coach production teams, investigate issues, implement corrective actions, manage attendance and overtime, and collaborate with engineering and quality control to meet customer and project requirements. Promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture while maintaining efficient, accurate operations.

Supports ready-mix concrete plant operations through customer service, order processing, batching, fleet dispatch, delivery scheduling, inventory management, reporting, invoicing, payroll administration, and quality control. Conducts site visits, inspections, PPE audits, employee orientations, and safety talks. Coordinates truck repairs and service providers while ensuring product quality, production efficiency, safety, and project timelines.
