Provides on-site HR support for a unionized and salaried workforce, including employee inquiries, attendance follow-up, onboarding, documentation, employee relations support, and newcomer recruitment assistance. Coordinates new-hire integration and 30/60/90-day follow-up, administers Homebase and other HR systems, tracks adoption metrics, manages tickets, and prepares weekly dashboard reports. Partners with the remote HR Business Partner and site leadership while maintaining accurate records and escalating issues appropriately.

Leads the strategy, operations, governance, modernization, and performance of OSCO’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP environment. Oversees reliability, integrations, data governance, upgrades, cybersecurity alignment, acquisition integration, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement. Develops ERP roadmaps, manages risks and controls, partners with business and IT leaders, and leads ERP specialists while balancing operational stability with long-term transformation.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk reduction, resilience, incident preparedness, vulnerability management, third-party security, and compliance across multiple operating companies. Advises executives and business stakeholders, oversees security operations and technology initiatives, develops policies and metrics, strengthens disaster recovery and business continuity, and builds organizational security capabilities and awareness. Requires extensive cybersecurity leadership experience in complex, multi-site organizations and strong executive communication, risk management, and stakeholder skills.
