Manage and improve precast plant operations, planning, budgets, workflows, quality, safety and inventory. Lead production projects, assist form design/repairs, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, and support plant certifications.

Support plant operations and customer service: process orders, batch and dispatch concrete, schedule deliveries, manage inventory, perform quality control and site inspections, handle paperwork (invoicing, payroll), coordinate repairs, run safety audits and training, and assist with daily operational tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, operate steel fabrication equipment (band saws, CNC punches, shears, CNC drills, burning machines), safely operate overhead crane, and maintain a clean workspace in a steel fabrication plant.
