Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, management and Board reporting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning. Partner with department leaders, Accounting, Business Finance, HR, and BI teams to improve resource allocation, controllership, reporting accuracy, and operational insight. Support close processes, internal controls, audit requests, system enhancements, and automation while mentoring financial analysts.

Builds awareness and community for a new Pilates studio through local partnerships, events, pop-ups, social media, lead generation, member engagement, and exceptional in-studio experiences. The role supports pre-opening market launches and post-opening membership growth by representing the brand, nurturing relationships, following up with prospects, and assisting with front desk operations.

Works closely with the General Manager to launch the market, grow memberships, and maintain an engaging studio community. Requires flexibility for morning, evening, weekend, and community event work.
