Build awareness and community for a new Pilates studio through local partnerships, events, pop-ups, social media, lead generation, member engagement, and referral-driven membership growth. Support the General Manager with studio goals, prospective member follow-up, front desk operations, and an exceptional in-studio experience. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, organization, flexibility, and enthusiasm for wellness and boutique fitness.

Lead daily Pilates studio operations by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, maintaining studio standards, processing sales and memberships, managing client records, and contributing to membership growth and retention. The role includes lead follow-up, customer service, front desk responsibilities, retail sales, inventory restocking, opening and closing duties, and occasional shift coverage.

Lead daily boutique Pilates studio operations while delivering exceptional client experiences. Drive membership and package sales, follow up with prospective and current clients, support retention, maintain client records, process transactions, assist instructors, manage front-desk activities, and uphold studio cleanliness. The role requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus opening and closing responsibilities. Studio Leads may advance into community, assistant management, or general management roles.
