Provide front-desk support at a boutique Pilates studio: greet and check in clients, answer phones and emails, sell memberships and retail, use the CRM (AXLE), assist instructors with opening/closing, maintain a clean studio, and support client retention and customer service.

The Community Lead fosters community within a Pilates studio, enhancing client experience, managing staff, handling operations, and driving marketing initiatives.

Lead local market launch and ongoing community growth by building partnerships, running events and activations, generating leads and social content, supporting member conversion and front-desk/member experience.
