Own the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and monitoring of production AI and machine-learning capabilities for a B2B procurement platform. Build models for supplier scoring, anomaly detection, forecasting, recommendations, classification, and document intelligence. Lead LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows; establish evaluation, versioning, monitoring, and MLOps practices; integrate AI services into product APIs; and mentor engineers while guiding technical direction and stakeholder decisions.

Develop and productionize AI/ML features for enterprise procurement workflows, including forecasting, recommendations, document intelligence, supplier scoring, spend analytics, and anomaly detection. Responsibilities include dataset preparation, model training and fine-tuning, experimentation, API integration, deployment optimization, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Build and operate production-grade backend services using Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, and Ash Framework. Design resources, workflows, APIs, database schemas, and real-time features; integrate LLMs and vector databases for AI capabilities; use analytics to guide iteration; and deploy scalable services on Fly.io. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders, contribute to architecture and strategy, maintain Docker-based environments, debug production systems, and own features end to end.
